Important Information - Urgent response Required from all West Midlands GOS Contractors 15th April 2020
FOR THE URGENT ATTENTION OF ALL WEST MIDLANDS GOS CONTRACTORS
In order to collate an accurate and current overview of the service provision available to patients in the West Midlands, we ask now that all GOS contractors complete the questionnaire at the following link:
Please note that elements of this questionnaire will also be used with respect to the GOS contractor payment calculations as referenced in the letter from NHS England and NHS Improvement to all optical settings on 1st April 2020. A copy of this letter is attached for your reference.
It is therefore essential that you complete and submit your response to this questionnaire before mid-day on 16th April 2020. Failure to submit your response in accordance with this deadline may affect the processing and issue of any payment you are entitled to receive for your GOS provision.
You do not need to create an account or log in to complete this survey and it is accessible easily via both desktop and mobile browsers. The questionnaire should take less than 2 minutes per practice/service to complete.
Please submit all responses via the online questionnaire in accordance with the above deadline, email responses will not be accepted.
Please share this link as you see fit amongst our West Midlands colleagues and GOS contractors – please be aware that contractors who are aligned to NHS England and NHS Improvement teams outside of the West Midlands will receive separate communications on this matter in due course so are not eligible to provide their returns via this link.
