2014 CET grant claim forms - Claiming your funding- 12/08/2014

The increase in the CET grant has been agreed for 2013. The payment, which is payable in 2014 for CET undertaken in 2013, has risen by 2.5% to £529. This year the period during which optometrists and ophthalmic medical practitioners can make their claims will be:

• England: 14 July–14 November 2014
   

The English CET Grant Claim Form for 2014 can be found on the website’s secured page.  Once completed, retain a copy for your records, then send your form by registered post as proof of postage, to:
